Manager, Product Management - Customer Assist Observability

About the role

Step into the cutting-edge world of Autonomous AI as the Product Manager for a product which focuses on Alerting, Traceability, Logging, Automated controls, & System observability. You will spearhead our strategy for system safety, automated controls, and robust observability. In this transformational role, you will partner cross-functionally to build scalable, technology-driven architectures that deploy real-time alerts, ensure compliance, and drastically reduce incident recovery times. By applying human-centered design and integrated problem-solving, you will translate complex whitespace challenges into an iterative, game-changing roadmap that empowers our internal stakeholders. Ultimately, your business-focused vision and deep-dive analytics will mitigate risks, uncover hidden opportunities, and drive the strategic investments needed to win in the AI space.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location:

• Mclean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
• New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management

Schedule

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
