Manager, Product Management - Card Payments Team

About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Product Management to lead the Mainstreet Card Payments space as a part of the Card Value team in Payments. In this role, you will create a strategy to help Mainstreet customers make better payment decisions. You will deliver new payments features across the mobile app, website and agent channels as well as our payments platform. You will partner with Business Analysts, Product Mangers, Designers, and Engineers to create a roadmap that drives measurable customer and business value.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
    • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
    • OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

  • McLean, VA: $164,800 – $188,100
  • New York, NY: $179,700 – $205,100
  • Richmond, VA: $149,800 – $171,000

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
