About the role
Product Management at Capital One is a dynamic field that involves reimagining the status quo, identifying value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. Our team is working on Project Orion, a major initiative to build an in-house, next-generation Card Core. Within the Data Consumption vertical, our Batch Data Publication team is transforming how batch data is onboarded and utilized at scale. We are seeking a Product Manager who can balance big-picture architecture with immediate execution.
The Batch Data Publication team is looking for a Product Manager who can act as the strategic bridge for our users. Your primary mission will be to ensure that thousands of historical batch consumers transition smoothly from legacy environments to our new proprietary core with minimal disruption. You will champion the customer onboarding experience, ensuring a seamless transition.

Basic Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
Pay
Salaries for this role vary by location:
- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
