About the role

We are seeking a Datacenter Product Development Engineering Leader at NVIDIA Corporation. NVIDIA specializes in visual computing technology, including the GPU, which powers products and services across gaming, professional visualization, datacenter, and automotive sectors. This role involves driving key aspects of product engineering operations and technology for enterprise and datacenter platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own a product or series of products end-to-end through the entire product lifecycle
  • Ensure successful production ramps are achieved working through a large matrixed team
  • Architect the test methodology for enterprise platform manufacturing tests
  • Rewire, revise, and overhaul test and manufacturing flows
  • Influence and drive software tools/infrastructure required for new product development, validation, and productization
  • Work closely with architecture, hardware, software, and product engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Assess new hardware features and architect manufacturing diagnostic tests using pre-beta CUDA and OpenGL extensions
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of NVIDIA's hardware and software architecture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience as a people manager
  • 10+ overall years experience with enterprise platforms, high speed interconnects, memories, board development concepts, operations, and program management
  • Strong engineering and/or program/project management background
  • Track record of successfully leading complex projects with geographically diverse and large teams
  • Prominent self-initiative, interpersonal skills, and flexibility to adapt to new technology
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging expertise; track record of institutionalizing root-cause analysis
  • Deep expertise in software and hardware development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience

Benefits

Competitive salaries and a generous benefits package are offered. NVIDIA is widely considered one of the technology world's most desirable employers, with best-in-class teams rapidly growing. The base salary range is $200,000 - $322,000 for Level 3 and $240,000 - $379,500 for Level 4. Additionally, you will be eligible for equity and benefits.

Pay

Base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Applications for this job will be accepted at least until April 26, 2026.
