Responsibilities
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives within the Process Excellence portfolio.
- Establish clear communication and identify and mitigate obstacles.
- Ensure timely completion of initiatives.
- Champion Business Process Management, guiding groups and/or teams through process design, reengineering, and opportunity assessments.
- Ensure compliance with department, state, and federal regulations.
- Interact with varying levels of management and departments across the organization.
- Utilize consulting skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Advocate for the customer and the business, drive the voice of the customer, and the voice of the business.
- Analyze process data and use data visualization tools and techniques to describe process behavior and summarize data.
Qualifications
- Possess knowledge of business transformation tools and techniques.
- Possess knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Understand and apply Six Sigma and Lean techniques and methodologies, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Apply strategic thinking skills and lead complex, process improvement/strategic transformation initiatives.
- Build and sustain lasting relationships with internal clients.
- Communicate effectively, including active listening and presenting to senior leadership.
- Analyze process data and use data visualization tools and techniques to describe process behavior and summarize data.
- Have formal corporate facilitation experience leading Kaizen Workshops (both virtual and in-person).
- Have knowledge of Change Management concepts and approaches to implementing organizational change.
- Have experience with business architecture modeling software (such as Nintex Process Manager, Sparx Systems, or Visio).
- Have Microsoft Project / Power BI reporting experience.
