Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic transformation initiatives within the Process Excellence portfolio.
  • Establish clear communication and identify and mitigate obstacles.
  • Ensure timely completion of initiatives.
  • Champion Business Process Management, guiding groups and/or teams through process design, reengineering, and opportunity assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with department, state, and federal regulations.
  • Interact with varying levels of management and departments across the organization.
  • Utilize consulting skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Advocate for the customer and the business, drive the voice of the customer, and the voice of the business.
  • Analyze process data and use data visualization tools and techniques to describe process behavior and summarize data.

Qualifications

  • Possess knowledge of business transformation tools and techniques.
  • Possess knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Understand and apply Six Sigma and Lean techniques and methodologies, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Apply strategic thinking skills and lead complex, process improvement/strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Build and sustain lasting relationships with internal clients.
  • Communicate effectively, including active listening and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Analyze process data and use data visualization tools and techniques to describe process behavior and summarize data.
  • Have formal corporate facilitation experience leading Kaizen Workshops (both virtual and in-person).
  • Have knowledge of Change Management concepts and approaches to implementing organizational change.
  • Have experience with business architecture modeling software (such as Nintex Process Manager, Sparx Systems, or Visio).
  • Have Microsoft Project / Power BI reporting experience.
