Responsibilities
- Own triage and resolution for non-standard pricing requests, ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Utilize C&I solar and O&M expertise to analyze non-standard deals and provide practical guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate responses to contract questions affecting pricing structures
- Regularly communicate deal status, risks, and blockers proactively to stakeholders
- Identify breakdowns in the pricing ecosystem and work with teams to eliminate gaps
- Collaborate with Finance and Product to improve pricing models and reduce manual intervention
- Manage a team of two, providing coaching, workflow structure, and prioritization support
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in C&I solar with direct exposure to O&M service economics and contract structures
- Strong command of C&I solar deal structures, including PPA/lease mechanics and performance guarantee frameworks
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Experience with deal desks, pricing functions, or revenue operations teams
- People management experience with a successful track record of team development
