Responsibilities

  • Own triage and resolution for non-standard pricing requests, ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Utilize C&I solar and O&M expertise to analyze non-standard deals and provide practical guidance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate responses to contract questions affecting pricing structures
  • Regularly communicate deal status, risks, and blockers proactively to stakeholders
  • Identify breakdowns in the pricing ecosystem and work with teams to eliminate gaps
  • Collaborate with Finance and Product to improve pricing models and reduce manual intervention
  • Manage a team of two, providing coaching, workflow structure, and prioritization support

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in C&I solar with direct exposure to O&M service economics and contract structures
  • Strong command of C&I solar deal structures, including PPA/lease mechanics and performance guarantee frameworks
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations
  • Experience with deal desks, pricing functions, or revenue operations teams
  • People management experience with a successful track record of team development
