Manager - Pricing & Contracts

About the role

The Deloitte Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team assists clients in navigating complex regulatory and financial landscapes. Our team uses advanced data, AI, and emerging technologies to help clients make informed decisions and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in U.S. government pricing and Medicaid programs
• Manage and interpret evolving regulatory requirements
• Lead workstreams and manage project governance
• Develop and maintain government contract compliance
• Provide expertise in government pricing system configuration and optimization
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in pricing and/or contracting within life sciences, consulting, payers, providers, or related healthcare domains
• 2+ years of experience leading a team and influencing others
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with contracting processes and risk/controls thinking
• Knowledge of or experience with revenue management software
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, MS, JD) preferred

Pay

The salary range for this role is $135,400 - $265,100, with a reasonable estimate of the current range being $135,400 - $265,100.
