About the Role

The Manager of Contracts serves as a Subject Matter Expert and business partner to program management and program control, overseeing and managing the full contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed and thoughtful review of contracts to assure negotiated terms support implementation and compliance.
• Deploy a practice management approach to ensure proper engagement of critical stakeholders.
• Negotiate various types of agreements such as contracts, amendments, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Provide analysis of contracting risk or execution challenges with actionable recommendations.
• Provide advice on regulatory and contract compliance; support compliance activities.
• Ensure contract management reporting requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain contract summaries in the contract management platform.
• Interact with customer procurement representatives for contract management duties.
• Lead contracting team efforts to identify and implement technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; JD from accredited law school a plus.
• 8+ years of contracts management/legal experience within IT/Technology related fields.
• Full proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including those related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.

• Proven success in managing complex technology transactions and effective negotiation skills.

Experience in Lieu of Degree

For non-clinical roles, or when not required by contract, the company accepts a minimum of six (6) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. If the candidate has an Associate’s degree, a minimum of three (3) years of directly relevant professional experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.

Pay

USD $92,240.00 - USD $115,300.00 per year. Placement in the pay range depends on years of applicable experience and skill level.
