Manager, Predictive Intelligence

Responsibilities

  • Aid in the execution of daily projects, including client deliverables, status updates, and project management.
  • Efficiently manage data from various sources, consolidating into datasets suitable for data science.
  • Execute statistical models to support client projects.
  • Prepare client-facing materials (such as PowerPoint slides and charts), effectively communicating analytical insights.
  • Develop standardized code and processes that can be utilized by the broader team.
  • Support senior staff in the creation of client proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in roles such as Data Science Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Data Engineer, or a similar occupation.
  • Demonstrated experience with building ETL pipelines integrating Paid, Owned, Earned, Social, and Survey data using Python, Pandas, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Experience with XGBoost, Random Forest, and ensemble algorithms for predictive modeling.
  • Knowledge of cluster analysis techniques like K-means and hierarchical clustering for audience or brand segmentation.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Experience with cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Understanding of data lake architecture and familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Asana, and Confluence.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in the job offered, as a Data Science Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Data Engineer, or related occupation.
  • Must have demonstrated experience with the following:
    • Building ETL pipelines integrating Paid, Owned, Earned, Social, and Survey data (Python, Pandas, Azure Data Factory).
    • XGBoost, Random Forest, and ensemble algorithms for predictive modeling.

Pay

$139,818.00 - $144,818.00 per year

Schedule

Ability to follow Edelman’s hybrid in-office/remote policy in their Chicago, IL office (111 N Canal St, Chicago, IL 60606) is required.
