The Heater Poker Tournament runs from Wednesday, January 6, 2027 through Monday, January 18, 2027. As a Poker Tournament Manager, you will lead delivery of a seamless, high-energy tournament experience that embodies excellence and integrity — overseeing daily operations and staffing, ensuring compliance with all state and regulatory guidelines, and managing every aspect of the tournament floor with precision and professionalism. Your leadership will inspire your team, safeguard game integrity, and ensure every guest feels valued and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Assists with day-to-day operating activities of the Poker Tournament on scheduled shift
• Safeguards company assets in the poker room
• Assures the highest level of guest services
• Maintains a clean and safe environment
• Responsible for daily reports and paperwork on a scheduled shift
• Responsible for evaluating subordinate employees
• Evaluates play for complimentary purposes

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in poker dealing, supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time and work well in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Starting rate: $22.00 per hour
