As a Casino Event Specialist at MGM Resorts, you will create unforgettable experiences for guests, from concept to completion. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and precision to high‑end slot tournaments, themed celebrations, and exclusive giveaways, collaborating with multiple departments and engaging directly with guests to showcase the best of Casino Marketing, Slot Marketing, and Hotel events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute special events from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and flawless delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, leaders, and employees with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Respond quickly and effectively to challenges, always prioritizing guest safety and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong event planning experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Enjoy helping others, building relationships, and making a good impression.

Pay

Starting rate: $18.00 per hour
