About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to lead all aspects of site operations, including Safety, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Logistics, Employee Engagement, and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Support and contribute to a safety first culture with an unwavering commitment to zero harm
- Lead plant performance through KPIs focused on Safety, Quality, Production, Service, Cost, and People
- Manage plant operations, budgets, expenses, and financial performance to meet operational and profitability goals
- Drive Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Support S&OP processes, including capacity planning, inventory optimization, and new product introductions
- Build and lead a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other sites to support business objectives and customer expectations
- Develop, coach, and mentor leaders and employees to strengthen organizational capability and succession planning
- Promote open communication, employee engagement, and leadership development across the site
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- More than 7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Prior experience leading within a manufacturing, packaging, converting, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing plant financials, operational KPIs, and CI initiatives
- Proven ability to develop leaders, build organizational capability, and support succession initiatives
- Proven knowledge in leading a S&OP process and experience developing High Performing Teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Solid business and financial acumen managing budgets, costs, and operational performance
- Able to drive accountability, employee engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement
