About the role

Executes operational plans and shifts workload to ensure smooth day‑to‑day specialty pharmacy operations. Serves as the Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring compliance with State Board of Pharmacy, CMS, FDA, HRSA, and other regulatory organization’s requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operational, clinical, and personnel activities to maintain high standards of patient care and service.
• Monitors quality metrics and implements continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supports accreditation standards (URAC, ACHC, etc.) and ensures documentation is current and audit ready.
