This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and coordinate efforts to deliver strategic initiatives
• Engage with clients to develop and strengthen relationships through policy consultation
• Oversee payment model operations, including analytics for value-based care initiatives
• Conduct financial and trend analysis to support payment model development
• Mentor staff to enhance their technical and analytical skills
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables
• Efficiently analyze large healthcare claims databases for insights

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with SQL, R, Python, or SAS in a relevant environment
• 4+ years working on federal health policy issues, particularly Medicare and Medicaid
• Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences effectively
• Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams successfully
• Experience in implementing or evaluating value-based payment programs
• Familiarity with Snowflake or Databricks environments

Pay

$112,700 – $193,200 annually
