Manager, Payer Advisory Services - Remote

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Payer Advisory Services - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead consulting efforts focused on payer systems, operational workflows, and technology-enabled solutions that support healthcare clients. You will serve as a key connector between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate strategy into executable plans and practical deliverables. The position also offers the opportunity to advise clients on critical operational decisions, improve delivery processes, and use AI tools to streamline work and drive continuous improvement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects related to payer systems and applications
• Translate business objectives into actionable plans with technology teams
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Advise clients on operational and technology-related decisions
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows and drive improvement
• Develop and manage engagement plans and delivery tools
• Apply critical thinking to diagnose client challenges and develop solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare payer operations or technology in domains like claims or enrollment
• 5+ years of client-facing consulting experience
• 5+ years leading consulting engagements or workstreams
• 3+ years creating process flow diagrams
• 3+ years using PowerPoint and/or Visio
• 2+ years with core administration systems (e.g., Facets, QNXT)
• Ability to independently create consulting deliverables

Pay

$112,700 – $193,200 annually
