MANAGER PARTS WAREHOUSE

Responsibilities

• Manage Inside and Outside Parts Representatives and warehouse employees.
• Daily reorder parts from all vendors based on need and usage.
• Contact and deal with vendors to reconcile invoices and shipping discrepancies.
• Manage inventory control.
• Help customers with parts orders/information over the phone, walk-ins, and internal shop needs.
• Assign shop duties to proper technicians and efficiently schedule the workload, maintaining the high-quality standards of workmanship expected by our customers
• Create service and warranty work orders for labor, parts, and miscellaneous repairs
• Invoice customer on a timely basis to keep receivables and accounting current
• Supervise, direct, and review mechanics, mechanic helpers, Service Writer, wash crew and other departmental personnel
• Issue Purchase Orders and process paperwork as required
• Control expenses and costs as necessary
• Create and maintain a productive work environment with a positive atmosphere for our employees and customers
• Auxiliary in repairs as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
