About the role

The ZX business unit at Zeta Global is seeking a Manager, Partnership Marketing to support sales enablement, client storytelling, and strategic marketing initiatives across the organization.

This role will partner closely with Business Development, Client Development, Product Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to create compelling, insight-driven materials that support revenue growth and elevate the Zeta brand.

This role blends creative storytelling, sales enablement, GTM support, field marketing, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, visually strong, AI-curious, and comfortable exploring new tools and workflows that improve how the team works.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Partnership Marketing (ZX).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver a high-volume pipeline of pre- and post-sales marketing deliverables across client industries, verticals, and sales priorities.
  • Translate Zeta’s AI-powered platform, data, identity, and activation capabilities into clear, compelling client narratives, proposals, and sales materials.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and internal SMEs to shape solution narratives, refine positioning, and build client-ready deliverables.
  • Design polished, visually engaging presentations, one-sheets, templates, and enablement materials that simplify complex product and platform capabilities.
  • Support product marketing initiatives, including messaging frameworks, solution positioning, launch materials, vertical narratives, and sales training content.
  • Explore and help develop AI-powered tools, prompts, agents, and workflows that improve sales enablement, marketing operations, field marketing, and team efficiency.
  • Support field marketing programs and events by coordinating presentations, printed materials, signage, promotional assets, and other on-site deliverables.
  • Build and maintain a scalable library of sales collateral, proposal templates, vertical materials, creative examples, and product marketing resources.
  • Contribute to broader team initiatives, including thought leadership, internal education, new storytelling frameworks, and process improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex technology, data, and product capabilities into clear, persuasive narratives.
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills, with an eye for clean layouts, visual hierarchy, creative polish, and executive-ready materials.
  • Experience developing sales enablement, product marketing, integrated marketing, agency, media, SaaS, or ad tech materials.
  • Ability to understand data, analytics, identity, AI, and platform capabilities, then apply them creatively to client-specific opportunities and use cases.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Analytics, Strategy, Creative, Field Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Curious, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a strong interest in AI, marketing technology, creative strategy, sales enablement, and client storytelling.
  • Experience supporting field marketing, events, or brand activations, including coordination of creative assets, printed materials, vendors, and event logistics.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Seismic, Monday.com, Salesforce, Gong, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar enablement, AI, CRM, or project management tools is a plus.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000.
