Manager - Outpatient Surgical Clinic

Essential Responsibilities

• Thoroughly understands, reviews and controls a smooth flow of all aspects of practice and practice operations.
• Creates and implements goals and objectives for the facility.
• Maintains regulatory standards and standards of conducts as it relates to coding and billing, all state and federal laws.
• Monitors facility’s benchmarking, statistics, and financial reporting (i.e. accounts receivable, budget projections, wage percentage, operating expenses), recognizes trends and directs necessary changes.
• Initiates cost savings or revenue producing ideas.
• Collaborates in the hiring process for clinical services' personnel.
• Conducts an annual performance evaluation of personnel, performance management, staff development and other staff relations as required.

Education And/Or Experience

• College degree, preferably focused on business or healthcare administration.
• Managerial experience, preferably within the health care industry.
