Responsibilities

  • Leading the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud solutions to optimize client operations
  • Analyzing client needs and developing tailored Oracle technology strategies to meet business objectives
  • Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products and solutions
  • Guiding teams in the development and support of Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher
  • Utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance system performance and scalability
  • Driving process improvement and optimization initiatives to enhance service delivery
  • Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
  • Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage professional growth
  • Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders effectively
  • Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's guidelines

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
  • Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data reporting
  • Excelling in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure management
  • Implementing Oracle Data Integration solutions
  • Driving process improvement and optimization initiatives
  • Engaging in strategic technology planning and service excellence

Qualifications

  • Preference for relevant experience in Oracle Cloud and related technologies
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
