Manager, Oracle Cloud Technical Lead
The Opportunity
As a Manager, Oracle Cloud Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of Oracle technology, helping them optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle suite software to implement, configure, and support solutions that drive client success.
Within this role, you will:
- Lead the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyze client needs and develop tailored Oracle technology strategies to meet business objectives
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products and solutions
- Guide teams in the development and support of Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher
- Utilize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance system performance and scalability
- Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Mentor team members to develop their skills and encourage professional growth
- Address and resolve conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Uphold professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's guidelines
What You Must Have
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data reporting
- Excelling in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure management
- Implementing Oracle Data Integration solutions
- Driving process improvement and optimization initiatives
- Engaging in strategic technology planning and service excellence
Pay Range
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
