About the role
The Manager or Senior Manager of Business Development Strategy will support the continued growth and success of Pillsbury’s Corporate and Finance practices. This role will play a key role in the development and execution of strategic business development and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate and Finance practices in planning, supporting, and implementing a broad array of business development activities.
- Advising lawyers on effective client pitch strategies.
- Conducting research and analysis to support business development efforts.
- Create compelling proposals and pitch materials.
- Manage strategic events.
- Complete lawyer directory and league table submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm business development.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to handle high-pressure environments and juggle numerous high visibility projects on fast timetables.
- Strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Some knowledge of applications specific to the legal field.
Pay
New York Pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skillset and experience, is $150k - $230K.
