We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Manager or Senior Manager of Business Development Strategy to join the Strategy & Marketing Team. This individual will support the continued growth and success of our Corporate & Securities practice and play a key role in the development and execution of strategic business development and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise lawyers on effective client pitch strategies
• Conduct research and analysis
• Create compelling proposals and pitch materials
• Manage strategic events
• Complete lawyer directory and league table submissions
• Plan, support, and implement a broad array of business development activities to help expand Pillsbury’s business and reputation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm business development

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Collegial, collaborative, and team player attributes
• Self‑starter able to juggle numerous high‑visibility projects on fast timetables
• Ability to handle high‑pressure environments

Skills

• Strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Some knowledge of applications specific to the legal field

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $150,000‑$230,000. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skill set, and geographic location.
