Manager (or Senior Manager), Programs
CSP is a nonprofit that conducts academic and applied research into sustainable finance and impact investing, and trains ultra-high-net-wealth investors, philanthropists, next-gen inheritors, and their advisors on evidence-backed frameworks for achieving greater—and more systemic—impact with their full range of capital. We envision a world where private wealth is a force for preserving and improving life for all—guided by evidence, collaboration, and a deep commitment to real-world impact. Headquartered in Zurich with teams in Asia and the Americas, CSP has built a global network of 300+ alumni and helped mobilize up to $32 billion toward climate, environmental and social impact, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals over the past decade. Academic collaborators include MIT Sloan, Stanford PACS, and St. Gallen University.
About the role
This is a program management role at its core. You will own the design, launch, and ongoing management of CSP’s next generation of applied wealth-holder programs in the Americas—carrying each from concept to a well-run, repeatable annual program. Over the next three years, you will:
- Complete the design and launch of the Investing Lab (first cohort begins November 2026), then run it on an ongoing basis. This alumni-only, live-portfolio experience involves real due diligence and capital deployment through a live impact fund and Investment Committee, with monthly sessions across the year.
- Launch an annual Family Office Program on the U.S. West Coast (likely San Francisco) in 2027, adapting CSP’s peer-led, case-study-driven family office curriculum for a North American cohort.
- Expand the Family Office Program to the East Coast (likely New York City) in 2028, running both editions annually thereafter.
These programs are practical, peer-led, and built around real cases and senior faculty. You will manage them end-to-end: curriculum design, operations, partnerships, delivery, evaluation, and year-over-year improvement.
Responsibilities
- Program Design & Delivery (25%)
- Lead the completion and design of the Investing Lab curriculum and participant journey, translating CSP research and frameworks into a live, experiential learning arc.
- Design the West Coast (2027) and East Coast (2028) Family Office programs, adapting CSP’s existing global family office curriculum and case-study format for North American cohorts.
- Build instructional design for peer-based, case-driven adult learning—avoiding slide-heavy lectures.
- Translate research findings and real-world cases into credible, decision-useful program content.
- Facilitate and orchestrate live sessions (in-person and online), guiding peer exchange, case discussion, and hands-on work.
- Ongoing Program Management (50%)
- Own the day-to-day and year-round operation of each program: operating plan, timeline, budget, and execution.
- Manage senior faculty, speakers, and partners (e.g., impact-leading principals, family office CEOs, coaches, academic partners).
- Coordinate program-specific moving parts: for the Investing Lab, the Investment Committee, coaches, and fund/DAF partner (ImpactAssets); for the Family Office Program, single-family-office partners and academic collaborators.
- Oversee registration, logistics, venues, and vendor relationships with support from other staff.
- Run evaluation and continuous improvement, iterating each cohort year over year, and contribute to cost-effectiveness goals.
- Ensure consistent quality, messaging, and learning outcomes across every program and session.
- External Representation & Stakeholder Cultivation (20%)
- Build and steward relationships with principals, family office leaders, partners, and ecosystem leaders.
- Represent CSP as a subject-matter expert at conferences, panels, and industry discussions.
- Support recruiting and enrollment of program participants—building, nurturing, and converting the pipeline of wealth holders, principals, and capital allocators.
- Contribute to broader business development, including partner cultivation and growth initiatives.
- Other (5%)
- Collaborate and support the broader team as needed.

- Experience recruiting and managing senior stakeholders, faculty, or speakers (e.g., principals, executives, coaches, academic partners).
- Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person formats across group sizes.
- Proven ability to engage high-net-wealth individuals, family offices, institutional investors, and/or senior wealth management executives.
- Exceptional written and oral communication and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, small-team environment.
- Tech-savvy: GSuite, Asana, Claude, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite.
