We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Manager or Senior Manager of Business Development Strategy to join the Strategy & Marketing Team. This individual will support the continued growth and success of our Finance & Restructuring practice and play a key role in the development and execution of strategic business development and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, support, and implement a broad array of business development activities to help expand Pillsbury’s business and reputation.
- Advise lawyers on effective client pitch strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis.
- Create compelling proposals and pitch materials.
- Manage strategic events.
- Complete lawyer directory and league table submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm business development.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Collegial, collaborative, and team-player attributes.
- Ability to thrive while juggling numerous high-visibility projects on fast timetables and handle high-pressure environments.
- Strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Some knowledge of applications specific to the legal field.
Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 - $230,000. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skill set, and geographic location.
