A Manager/Operations Manager Senior position is available at BAI, a defense contractor. Responsibilities

• Acts as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort
• Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues
• Oversees contractor execution of the contract requirements
• Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening—for staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informal
• Ability to perform all functional duties independently, self-starter
• Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Microsoft Project 2016; and Adobe Acrobat (reader and pro)
• Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS)

Qualifications

• Desired Experience: 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR EDUCATION
• Education: MA/MS degree
• Allowable Substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree, or six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.

Benefits

The typical annual salary range for this position is $140,000.00 USD to $155,000.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.
