Manager, Operations, Leadership Programs

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a hospitality and recreation environment.

Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Support operations for in-person leadership seminars, managing 70+ events annually
• Design and oversee a demand-driven leader registration process
• Source and maintain vendor relationships, managing related costs
• Ensure a high-quality end-to-end participant experience
• Build and manage CRM and GenAI tools for event workflows and analytics
• Prepare and manage program budget while keeping VP informed
• Plan and facilitate content for team meetings and retreats

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in global business settings
• Strong background in event logistics
• Experience leading and managing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace and CRMs (Airtable, Salesforce)
• Familiarity with GenAI tools like Claude Cowork and Gemini
• Experience working internationally is a plus

Pay

$228,000 – $345,000 annually
