Manager, Operations, Leadership Programs

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a hospitality and recreation environment.

Location: Los Gatos, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Support operations for 70+ leadership seminars annually including scheduling and location selection
• Manage vendor relationships and event logistics to ensure participant satisfaction
• Enhance seminar registration processes based on demand
• Build and oversee event management tools for analytics and CRM
• Prepare and control program budgets and ensure VP is updated on variances
• Plan agendas for team retreats and sync meetings
• Lead a team of event planners and operations specialists

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in global business environments
• Strong background in event logistics
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities independently
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and databases
• Experience with GenAI tools like Claude Cowork, Gemini

Pay

$228,000 – $345,000 annually
