Manager-Operations (Full Time-On Location)

About the role

The Manager-Operations will serve as an integral role in assisting Mercy in developing and implementing strategic initiatives as assigned by Senior Leadership. Responsible for management of a variety of programs and projects, the manager will work closely alongside operational leaders and front-line managers to support operations in achieving strategic goals. The manager will consistently measure targets, success, and achievement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related healthcare experience
• 3-5 years' experience in healthcare operations
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheet and database management
• Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High level of professionalism and presence
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of business planning
• Self-starter with a positive, disciplined self-image
