About the role

Responsible for leading a team of 10 in the development and implementation of new product features. Directs project teams through all phases of product development, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize user needs
• Lead the design and development of new product features
• Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes
• Ensure timely delivery of products meeting customer expectations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and product management
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in software development languages and tools
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
