Manager, Operations Analytics and Continuous Improvement

Position Summary

This role will support the Sr. Director of Operations & Analytics in driving strategic and operational improvements across the organization. The Manager will be responsible for enhancing P&L performance, developing actionable analytics, improving reporting and dashboards, and leading process improvement initiatives across lab and field service operations.

This position combines analytical rigor, operational expertise, and field engagement, requiring both strong technical capabilities and the ability to influence change across multiple locations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, or similar
  • Experience with ERP/LIMS systems such as APLUS, IndySoft, or Caltrak is preferred
  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve service delivery
  • Proven project management skills, including defining scope, developing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability to drive operational and financial outcomes
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with leadership
  • Willingness to travel to operational sites to support assessments and implementation
  • Experience in calibration, laboratory operations, or technical service environments preferred
