Manager, Operational Excellence & OEE Lead - Project Farma

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and manage execution of projects aligned with business objectives
• Develop and implement Operational Excellence and Overall Equipment Effectiveness plans
• Mentor and coach project and client teams in OpEx and OEE methodologies
• Establish KPIs to track and improve business performance
• Embed OpEx and OEE improvements into standardized processes
• Facilitate the use of various OpEx tools and techniques with clients as a Subject Matter Expert
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Regulatory or related discipline OR equivalent experience
• 8-14+ years of relevant experience, particularly in bio-pharmaceuticals
• 7+ years of GMP experience, solid understanding of biopharmaceutical environments
• Proven ability to design and implement OpEx and OEE strategies
• Black Belt certification in Operational Excellence or Six Sigma is highly preferred

Pay

$110,000 – $155,000 annually
