Manager on Duty - Paradise Inn

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient and safe completion of tasks daily
• Communicate regularly and professionally with various stakeholders
• Attend and participate in management and safety meetings
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and write daily shift reports
• Ensure proper shift coverage and manage meal breaks
• Address staffing conflicts and mitigate situations from escalating
• Ensure internal compliance with policies and standards
• Participate in pre-and-post season setups / teardowns of hotel operations
• Manage staff to enforce standards and minimize conflicts
• Engage in and resolve guest issues as they arise
• Oversee department records such as schedules, payroll, deposits, tips, and daily cash reports

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's or Business Degree preferred
