- Manager on Duty (MOD) Reports To: General Manager / Assistant General Manager
Requirements
- Employment Status: Leadership Position (Minimum 30 scheduled hours per week)
- Schedule: Sundays + weekdays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Must obtain and maintain Goldfish Swim School Lifeguard Certification
- Must successfully complete Goldfish Swim School Deck Supervisor training
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the Goldfish Swim School curriculum, teaching philosophy, and swimmer progression
- Maintain an average of at least 30 scheduled hours per week
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during fast-paced or emergency situations
- Comfortable using technology, including iClassPro and Connecteam
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
