Manager, Offensive and Application Security (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Offensive and Application Security Team
• Conduct penetration testing and adversary simulation engagements
• Communicate findings and strategies to technical and executive stakeholders
• Coach Red Team members on tactics and strategies
• Lead secure code review program ensuring adherence to best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of progressive IT and security experience
• 3+ years in penetration testing, red teaming, or similar management roles
• Strong understanding of threat actors and their TTPs
• Proficient with security testing tools like BurpSuite and Metasploit
