This is a Salaried position. Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Volunteer Services Manager is responsible for the recruitment, retention, training, and utilization of the departments Mission Partners. Provides direction, training, coordination, and consultation for volunteer functions. Provide leadership and role modeling for safe, effective, and efficient operations within the department. Act as a liaison between volunteers, staff, and OSF leadership. Work with administration and other departments to achieve goals and objectives. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education Bachelors Other Skills/knowledge Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
