Manager of Study Start Up

For our client, we are seeking a Manager of Study Start Up to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee the end-to-end study start-up function, ensuring clinical trials move efficiently from planning through site activation. You will lead a team focused on feasibility, regulatory readiness, timelines, and budget execution while partnering closely with sponsors and internal stakeholders. The position also plays a key role in identifying operational risks and driving process improvements that strengthen start-up performance across the organization.
