Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing solutions teams or functions
• Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and revenue realization
• Experience in coaching and developing team members
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Proven experience in fostering cross-functional partnerships across teams and regions
