Manager of SMB Sales | Housing
About the role
We're looking for a SMB Sales Manager to lead the charge in building out our newest customer segment within the Housing vertical. This is a unique opportunity to shape a go-to-market motion from the ground up — crafting the strategy, building relationships, and closing deals with small to mid-sized housing operators. You’ll play a key role in defining how we serve this market, while actively engaging with prospective customers and helping them understand the value of EliseAI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for our SMB Housing segment - from pipeline generation to close
- Develop and execute a repeatable sales playbook tailored to SMB needs
- Partner closely with marketing to generate demand and refine messaging
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce
- Identify trends, share customer feedback, and influence product development
- Hire and mentor additional team members as the segment grows

Requirements
- 3 years of management experience in a manager role with a Account Executive team.
- 2 years of experience selling SaaS products in a Account Executive role.
- A track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- High levels of self motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Salesforce experience.
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.

Job Compensation Range
The base salary for this role is $160,000 + $80,000 variable compensation. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
