Manager of Self-Storage

About the role

West Coast Self-Storage is seeking a driven and personable full-time Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a thriving self-storage facility in Antioch, CA. This role offers the opportunity to showcase exceptional people skills in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, including assessing customers' storage needs (in person, phone, and web inquiries)
• Create and execute a store plan to hit monthly and annual budget goals
• Manage web pricing and discounts
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards (e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs)
• Manage vendors and capital expenditure projects
• Drive the auction process
• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Manage, audit, and balance cash drawer and petty cash
• Perform other duties assigned by leadership

Requirements

• Retail sales, cash management, and customer service experience
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve team and company objectives
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay

$18.50 per hour, with additional monthly and quarterly bonus potential.

Schedule

Full-time position requiring availability on weekends and some holidays.
