Manager of Revenue Operations & Growth
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include only sections with real specific content. We have salary info: "$100,000-$115,000+ Commission". That's Pay. Also location: Dallas, TX (DFW and surrounding areas). That could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not listed as heading; we can embed in About the role paragraph. We have Role Type: Hybrid (Remote + In Office). That could be part of About the role. We have Role Summary paragraph. We have Required Qualifications list. We have Preferred Qualifications list. We have Role Purpose (maybe part of About the role). We have Core Responsibilities (list). We have Marketing & Demand Generation etc. We have Market Intelligence & Business Development. We have Measurables (list of metrics). We have Right Mindset & Cultural Fit (list). We have Misalignment Indicators (list). We have Grounds for Termination (list). We need to decide which sections to output: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (core responsibilities), Requirements (required qualifications), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (maybe combine?), Benefits (none given), Pay (salary), Schedule (maybe hybrid? but schedule not given). We should not create sections with placeholder text. So we include Pay with salary. Schedule: we have Role Type: Hybrid (Remote + In Office). That's schedule type. Could be considered Schedule. We'll include Schedule section with that info.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can group them under appropriate headings.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Manager of Revenue Operations & Growth.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's structure:
About the role
Role Type: Hybrid (Remote + In Office). Location: Dallas, TX (DFW and surrounding areas). Role Summary: The Manager of Revenue Operations & Growth is responsible for leading and executing RSI Security's revenue growth strategy through direct sales engagement, team leadership, marketing collaboration, and operational excellence. This role combines the responsibilities of sales leadership, business development, revenue operations, and marketing support. The ideal candidate possesses strong cybersecurity or professional services sales experience, understands consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Sandler, and has experience building repeatable revenue-generating processes. This is a player‑coach position. In addition to leading revenue initiatives and supporting team performance, the individual is expected to maintain an active sales pipeline, engage directly with prospects and strategic partners, and contribute personally to revenue attainment.
Maybe also include Role Purpose? Could be part of About the role. But we might add a separate section for Role Purpose? Not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must fit everything into those. Thus: - About the role: includes role type, location, role summary, role purpose maybe. - Responsibilities: core responsibilities (list). Could break into subcategories? But we can just list all responsibilities as- items.
- Requirements: required qualifications (list). Could also include education etc.
- Qualifications: preferred qualifications (list). Or maybe Skills: but we have both required and preferred. We'll put Required under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe we can extract skill items from required/preferred like "Experience managing CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)", "Experience supporting or managing marketing campaigns and lead generation programs", "Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies", etc. But those are already in qualifications. Might be redundant. Better to put skills as separate if we have skill-specific list not covered elsewhere. The posting includes "Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills" under required qualifications. Also "Experience selling cybersecurity and compliance services" etc under preferred. Could treat those as skills. But we already have required and preferred sections; we could put skills under Qualifications? The instruction says use headings as given; we can decide to include Skills section if we have specific skill content not already captured. However we risk duplication. Might be okay to include Skills with items like "Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills", "Experience with revenue forecasting and pipeline management", "Experience with Sandler, MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN sales methodologies", etc. But many of those appear in qualifications.
Given we must preserve all substantive information, we can include them in either section; duplication is okay as long as we don't lose info. But better to avoid duplication but not required. However we should not invent or summarize away detail; duplication is fine.
We need to include Pay: salary.
Schedule: hybrid.
We also have Measurables (metrics) - could be part of Responsibilities? Or maybe a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could be included under Responsibilities as part of performance metrics. Or we could create a separate section not allowed; better to include under Responsibilities.
Right Mindset & Cultural Fit, Misalignment Indicators, Grounds for Termination - could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? Might be considered part of role expectations. Could be included under About the role as additional paragraphs.
We must not create sections with filler text. All content we include must be substantive.
Thus final HTML:
