Manager of Revenue Audit

About the role

Oversee the daily auditing of gaming and non-gaming revenue. Responsible for reviewing department operating documents to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, control of records, data, and unused forms.

Responsibilities

• Accounting and comparison of operational data
• Tracking, analyzing, reporting, and improving all aspects of operations
• Assisting in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with the property's internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local gaming and non-gaming regulations
• Promoting positive customer service
• Performing all assigned duties

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
• Minimum of five years' accounting experience
• Casino accounting experience preferred
• Ability to read, interpret, and write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Intermediate PC skills with Microsoft Office experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board

• Exposure to smoke when on the casino floor
• Ever-changing environment

• Ability to talk and hear for proper communication
• Strong vision skills, including close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
