Lead the journey toward clinical excellence by directing all accreditation and survey activities, ensuring our facility consistently meets the highest national standards for patient safety and care. Transform raw data into actionable insights by designing comprehensive reporting systems that empower leadership to make informed decisions and improve patient outcomes. Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the health system by serving as the primary expert and educator on regulatory standards and evolving safety protocols. Foster a high-performing, mission-driven team through proactive mentorship, strategic recruitment, and a focus on staff well-being to ensure we deliver our best for our patients every day.
Minimum Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Preferred Credential(s):
- Quality Professional.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
- Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board.
- Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board.
- Risk Management.
Education
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences
- Day Shift, Monday through Friday, hours are typically 7:30 - 8:00 am to 4:30 - 5:00 pm; some extended hours required during significant regulatory activity.
- Successful candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive experience in healthcare with a background that speaks to leadership/leadership potential, Quality/PI, and regulatory alignment.
