About the role
Develops and implements program goals and strategies to align with organizational objectives. Manages program team members, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Communicates program progress and outcomes to stakeholders through regular reports and updates. Identifies and mitigates risks to ensure successful program execution. Facilitates training and development opportunities for program team members. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Resolves conflicts and addresses issues that may impact program success. Engages with external partners and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness. Adapts program strategies to respond to changing requirements and priorities.
