Manager of Private Dining, Events & Partnerships
What You’ll Do
- Own sales and revenue for catering, private dining, and events
- Manage clients from inquiry through execution and follow-up
- Build strong partnerships with planners, vendors, hotels, and corporate clients
- Lead proposals, contracts, BEOs, pricing, and event logistics
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal restaurant teams
- Represent our brands at community and off-site events
Who You Are
- 5+ years in events, catering, or hospitality sales/leadership
- Connected in Seattle’s events and hospitality scene
- Organized, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
- Congnitive, confident communicator with strong sales instincts
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and peak event times
