A top general contractor in Colorado, specializing in large heavy-civil projects, is hiring a Preconstruction Manager to build and lead the preconstruction department, including staff development.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee the preconstruction department
• Develop and mentor preconstruction staff
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Apply strategic thinking and leadership in preconstruction processes
• Collaborate with teams and manage client relationships

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction or related roles
• Proficiency in construction management software (On-Screen Takeoff, Quickbid)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
