Manager of Practice Operations
About the role
The Practice Manager is responsible for providing leadership and administrative management to practice operations. This position includes office-level leadership though planning, developing, and organizing the workflow; directing and evaluating the activities of the practice and of each staff member, managing the financial performance of the practice and promoting the practice within the Medical Group, as well as the greater medical community.

- Fill in when staffing needs demand, with consideration to any licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field
- Minimum of five years Healthcare leadership/management experience
- Medical Group experience preferred
Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $33.00 to $47.79. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
