The Manager of Operations – Level II is a supervisory leadership role responsible for managing field operations, administrative functions, and supporting activities related to traffic control and traffic management. This position operates with a high level of independence and accountability. Public safety and employee safety are the highest priorities in all operations. This role requires strict adherence to company policies, state regulations, and industry standards. The position is classified as a Level II supervisory role.
