The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting content: The posting has: - Description/About the role (first paragraph) - Requirements (bulleted list with sub-bullets) - Education Requirements - Experience and Competencies - Essential Physical Skills - Benefits section ("Sneak Peek at our Benefits") - Some boilerplate at the end (EEO statement, drug free workplace, background check, website link) I need to structure this into appropriate sections. The headings should be semantic: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, etc. Looking at the content: - First paragraph: "The Manager of Legislative & Political Affairs is a key part..." - this is About the role - The "Requirements" section with bullet points - these are Responsibilities/Duties - "Education Requirements" - Qualifications - "Experience and Competencies" - Skills/Qualifications - "Essential Physical Skills" - could be Requirements or separate section - "Sneak Peek at our Benefits" - Benefits - The rest is boilerplate to remove I should combine Education Requirements and Experience and Competencies into a Qualifications section perhaps, or keep separate. The rules say use headings like Qualifications, Skills. I'll create sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. Note: The "Requirements" heading in the original is actually a list of duties/responsibilities. So I'll map that to Responsibilities. The "Education Requirements" and "Experience and Competencies" are qualifications. "Essential Physical Skills" could be part of Requirements or a separate Physical Requirements section. Since the rules mention Requirements as a heading, I could include it there. But the rules say: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So I can use Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. I'll structure:

    About the role

    ...

    Responsibilities

    • ...

    Qualifications

    • Education: ...
    • Experience: ...

    Skills

    • ...

    Physical Requirements

    • ...

    Benefits

    • ...
But the rules say "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting does state benefits, so include Benefits. Also, the posting mentions "Half Day Friday's; 100% Paid Employee Only Health Insurance + Dependent coverage contribution; Dental Insurance; 401K w/Employer Matching; Paid Time Off; 11 Holidays; Life Insurance; Long Term Disability; and Flexible Spending Accounts." That's a list. Now, I need to preserve all substantive information. The responsibilities list has sub-bullets. I'll need to flatten or keep hierarchy? The rule says use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. I can nest
        inside
      • for sub-items. But the example in the rule doesn't specify nesting. I'll use nested lists for sub-bullets. Also, the "Requirements" section in the original has a first bullet that says "At the direction and discretion of the director and CEAO, as needed, this position may serve as a registered lobbyist as part of the FICPA advocacy team." That's a responsibility. Then there are bullet points with sub-bullets (e.g., "Manages daily tracking, monitoring, and calendaring of FICPA legislation of interest and amendments. o Examples may include..."). I'll include the main bullet and the sub-bullet as nested list. Similarly for other bullets. Now, the "Education Requirements" and "Experience and Competencies" are separate sections. I'll combine into Qualifications. The "Essential Physical Skills" is a list of physical requirements. The benefits list. Now, remove boilerplate: "The FICPA is a Drug Free Workplace. Final applicants will be required to successfully pass pre-employment skills testing and a background investigation consisting of criminal history, employment, education, personal and professional references, as well as a drug screening. To learn more about the FICPA, please visit our website at www.ficpa.org. Equal Employment Opportunity Statement..." All that is boilerplate. Also, the paragraph "We respect your life inside and outside of the organization... That’s why, at the FICPA, we’re serious when we say, we put people first." That's marketing fluff, but it's part of the description? It's after the benefits. Might be considered part of the company culture. The rules say preserve ALL substantive information. But it's not a specific section. Could include in About the role or a separate Culture section? The rules don't have a Culture heading. I'll include it in About the role as a paragraph. But the rules say "do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So I should keep it. However, it's not a list, it's prose. I'll add as a paragraph after the initial description. Now, let's write the HTML. I'll start with
