Manager of IT Finance

About the Role

Galderma, a leading dermatology company present in approximately 90 countries, is seeking a Manager of IT Finance to act as a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) for Finance and Procurement processes in the US Region. This role involves leading the execution of the global Finance roadmap, proposing process improvements, and representing Global IT to US Finance and Procurement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as BRM for Finance and Procurement processes, including Record to Report, IBP Finance, and Source to Pay.
• Lead the execution of the global Finance roadmap in the US Region.
• Propose opportunities for Finance and Procurement improvements aligned with global strategy.
• Represent Global IT in front of US Finance and Procurement stakeholders.
• Implement regular BRM meetings with key Finance and Procurement leaders.
• Partner with Global IT Finance colleagues to ensure alignment with global standards.
• Build business cases for new projects in collaboration with Business and IT stakeholders.
• Collaborate to improve Service Levels, Security Compliance, and User Satisfaction.
• Audit the application of Finance and Procurement standards and best practices.
• Contribute to budget collection and analysis locally and globally.
• Engage in business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, complexity analysis, and project deliverables.
• Assist in reviewing technical requirements for systems and ensure they meet business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience working across multi-functions and business processes, including Finance and consulting.
• 5 years of experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or similar).
• 5 years of experience with invoice imaging software, procurement software, and planning/budgeting software.
• Experience may be gained concurrently.
• Position based in Fort Worth, TX, with telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
