About the role

Allocortech is implementing AS9100 and raising its production rate. The existing infrastructure that stores design records, test records, inventory, and controlled technical data relies on an informal founder‑plus‑vendor arrangement and cannot meet auditor or customer sampling requirements. The company currently runs Google Workspace with a third‑party managed service provider, is migrating to Microsoft 365 and Azure, and is standing up Fishbowl for inventory and manufacturing control. No QMS application is in place, and additional sites with an approximate doubling of headcount are planned. Identity, access, backup, and change management for these systems are not documented to a standard an auditor can sample. AS9100 Clauses 7.1.3, 7.2
